Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding pre-orders. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. If your order experiences a significant delay in processing, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer all shipping rates from DHL, UPS, and USPS.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes:
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents and your selected shipping method. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policy - Customs, Duties and Taxes
We offer international shipping. Please note that Hanover is not responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hanover is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.
