Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, we'll make it right with a full refund to your original payment method.
For fit, color, or preference — we'll exchange it. Customers who purchased Redo Checkout+ receive a free shipping label. All others can initiate an exchange through the portal; a prepaid label is available at your expense.
Shipping
If you made your purchase with Checkout+, the shipping label fees are covered — simply submit your return request here and a prepaid label will be provided at no cost to you.
If you did not purchase Checkout+ coverage, submit your return request here. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
If you need additional assistance, you can reach us at support@hanover-usa.com with your order number and the email used to place the order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend first double-checking your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. You may also want to check with your bank, as processing times can vary.
